Customer Service Agent

Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving, a passion for helping others, and a love for collaboration? Safco Dental Supply is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team and deliver top-notch support to our amazing customers!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers via phone and email.

  • Assist with placing orders, answering product questions, and resolving delivery or return issues like a pro.

  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.

  • Tackle off-phone tasks as assigned by your manager to keep things running smoothly.

  • Learn the ins and outs of Safco’s product catalog and website to provide expert advice.

  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics set up by the manager.

  • Ensure every customer interaction ends with a smile (and a solution!).

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience Rockstar: 2+ years of phone-based customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dental Enthusiast: Experience in the dental industry? That’s a big plus!

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
