Hybrid: Remote and In Person Sales
Selected candidate will be located in Ohio preferably within driving distance of a major market.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell dental products to existing customers to achieve sales growth targets.
- Target new customers to establish growth opportunities.
- Contact lost customers to win back business.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through regular outreach.
- Analyze purchased products, volumes, and trends of customers.
- Coordinate and execute regular visits to practitioners’ offices.
- Work with manufacturer partners to learn new products and coordinate co-op meetings at practitioners’ offices.
- Ohio Dental Association (ODA) – Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) – OhioDDS
- Effectively communicate benefits of Safco being the exclusive dental distributor for ODA
- Attend ODA meetings within Ohio to educate member dentists of the GPO.
- Attend ODA meetings within Ohio to educate member dentists of the GPO.
- Communicate any feedback to the special markets team within Safco and ODA.
Qualifications for Success:
- 5+ years of Telephone and/or B2B sales with experience in cold-calling and negotiation
- Experience within the dental industry a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales data
