Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell dental products to existing customers to achieve sale growth targets
- Target new customer to establish growth opportunities
- Contact lost customers to win back business
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through regular outreach
- Analyze purchased products, volumes, and trends of customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues
- Maintain territory information and activity in defined CRM capabilities
Qualifications for Success:
- 1-2 years of Inside Telephone Sales with experience in cold-calling and negotiation
- Experience within the dental industry a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting
