What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers via phone and email.
- Assist with placing orders, answering product questions, and resolving delivery or return issues like a pro.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Tackle off-phone tasks as assigned by your manager to keep things running smoothly.
- Learn the ins and outs of Safco’s product catalog and website to provide expert advice.
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics set up by the manager.
- Ensure every customer interaction ends with a smile (and a solution!).
