Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell Safco’s portfolio of dental products to existing and prospective dental professional customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships through regular outreach, as a service liaison and via collaborative needs assessments – all with a focus to create sticky long-term partnerships
- Analyze purchased products, volumes, and trends of existing/potential customers to identify customer value drivers of both competitive product and distributor conversions
- Partner with Ohio Dental Association for commercialization of group purchasing contract and practice success
- Leverage online procurement platform for the majority of customer ordering and dedicated Customer Service for problem resolution
- Capture competitive intelligence on companies and products to inform evolving commercial strategies and pricing
- Work with Equipment distribution and service partner to provide full-service capabilities to customers
- Maintain territory information and activity in defined CRM capabilities
- Visit select customers within sales territory on a consistent basis
- Attend tradeshows or continuing education courses as needed

Qualifications
- 5+ years working within the dental industry: Highly versed on dental office products and services, and industry information.
- 10+ years of active selling: Experienced in cold-calling, territory management, onsite consultation and negotiation, account personnel navigating, closing business
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills apt at tracking, reporting and analyzing internal and self-maintained data sets
