Inside Sales Dental Supplies Account Rep


  • Promote and sell dental products to existing customers to achieve sale growth targets
  • Target new customer to establish growth opportunities
  • Contact lost customers to win back business
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through regular outreach
  • Analyze purchased products, volumes, and trends of existing/potential customers to identify customer value drivers of competitive products
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Leverage online procurement platform for customer ordering
  • Maintain territory information and activity in defined CRM capabilities

Qualifications for Success:

  • 5+ years working within the dental industry and knowledgeable on dental products AND/OR
  • 5+ years of Inside Telephone Sales with experience in cold-calling and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting to senior management

Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager


Establish strategy to determine product pricing to drive growth and net margin improvements; Build analytical models to manage pricing schemes; Develop customized requirements for ERP for automated product and customer pricing; Analyze customer purchasing trends and margin impacts of pricing decisions; Present innovative pricing strategies and reporting analytics to senior management.


10+ years of product pricing strategies; 5+ years of commercial analytics and reporting; Excellent analytic skills: Excel and Tableau type visualizing and dashboarding tools; Proficiency in ERP and pricing system administration; Bachelor’s degree: Math, Analytics, Finance, or comparable skills
