Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell dental products to existing customers to achieve sale growth targets
- Target new customer to establish growth opportunities
- Contact lost customers to win back business
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through regular outreach
- Analyze purchased products, volumes, and trends of existing/potential customers to identify customer value drivers of competitive products
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Leverage online procurement platform for customer ordering
- Maintain territory information and activity in defined CRM capabilities
Qualifications for Success:
- 5+ years working within the dental industry and knowledgeable on dental products AND/OR
- 5+ years of Inside Telephone Sales with experience in cold-calling and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting to senior management
